Keep your eyes peeled for this and the new student UI also due this summer!

Use your PPE / Mock Exam assessments to springboard into February!
When you have completed your PPE / Mock Exams, use SAM Learning to fill targeted knowledge gaps. Not only will this target key areas you want your students’ to work on, it will also reduce the pressure of day to day lessons and after school intervention.
Here’s how to find and fill the insecure learning areas:
Use the PPE / Mock exam data and set work in those specific areas, set one task a week that covers the knowledge you want to target.
Use Question Level Analysis (QLA button) reports to identify remaining insecure knowledge areas (highlighted Red or Amber). If you’d like to see a short video, login and head to the CPD Centre. There’s a QLA video waiting for you.
Tell your learners to go and ‘Improve their Score’. Redoing SAM Learning’s adaptive activities is proven to improve their score and secure knowledge gaps.
SAM Learning’s intelligent system will automatically recommend the work if the student still needs to work on that knowledge area.

Customer Corner – How are schools using SAM Learning?
We love hearing the positive feedback from our schools across the globe, sharing the triumphs and successes they are having with SAM Learning. Our Customer Corner is a dedicated section of our newsletter to showcase how schools are benefiting and maximising the value of their SAM Learning subscription, to share best practice.….
“This term, SAM Learning has been a valuable tool for supporting KS3 and KS4 pupils particularly in Science, delivering significant benefits through its AI-driven adaptive questioning and online assessment features.
The platform has been used to personalise learning, with AI adaptive questioning tailoring tasks to individual student needs. By dynamically adjusting the level of challenge, pupils have been able to consolidate their understanding of key scientific concepts while addressing gaps in knowledge. This targeted approach has ensured consistent progress across different ability levels.
Online assessments on SAM Learning have also played a crucial role in preparing students for formal exams. Regular practice has improved their confidence with digital formats, time management, and responding to various question types. The immediate feedback provided by the platform has been instrumental in reinforcing learning and guiding self-improvement, fostering a growth mindset in many pupils.
Teachers have found the platform’s analytics particularly useful, enabling them to monitor progress, identify trends, and provide timely interventions. This term, SAM Learning has been used not only to reinforce classroom teaching but also to promote independent learning habits, helping pupils take ownership of their progress.
