Learner Accounts must be set-up before learners can login. This can be done either one-at-a-time using your Admin Account or via Bulk-registration (recommended).
Bulk-registration is where your Learner Accounts are set-up using Student Data exported from SIMS or other school management software.
If you submitted Student Data last academic year and wish to update all your Learner Records, please repeat the procedure used last time and re-supply Student Data for ALL Learners currently enrolled at school. Please note you must download the latest report generation file in order to extract all the required fields as we now request you supply ‘ethnicity’ and ‘eligible for free school meals’ as fields in this data.
