SAM Learning’s MAT Guarantee Package
There has been much talk of e-learning being used to support catch up and closing the gap, indeed several products on the market claim evidence of performance improvement – often using internal, unreviewed research based on single school datasets. But only ONE company GUARANTEES their service works and backs this up with a full refund offer – SAM Learning.
For new MAT customers, joining us during the curriculum year 2021-22, SAM Learning offers you GUARANTEED learning success or your money back – simple as that.
With SAM Learning’s MAT GUARANTEE package: your schools will make better progress if you make effective use of us with our support and help.
We simply ask you to use it, this means 3 things in principle:
- The learners across your schools complete an average of at least 10 task hours on SAM Learning across the academic year
- At least half of their teaching staff and middle leaders actively use SAM Learning to set learning tasks and intervention groups as recommended by their SAM Learning School Success Manager
- Your schools engage with training and support provided by their SAM Learning School Success Managers and complete their Launch Programme (including 3 departmental training sessions) and termly progress meetings.
We know SAM Learning works – we have independent evidence funded and published by the UK’s leading research group EEF and FFT. The findings, based on the results of almost 300,000 learners over 7 years, show that when Year 11 learners complete at least 10 task hours on SAM Learning, over an academic year, they make an equivalent P8 gain of +0.2, with disadvantaged learners gaining +0.35.
To measure progress, we will simply compare your schools’ 2022 GCSE results to their 2019 results along with their Progress8 scores. Should there be no improvement in GCSE results and progress, and the schools made effective use of our guarantee package, then SAM Learning will provide you with a FULL refund via BACS transfer to the trust’s bank account of the price you paid. No ifs, no buts, no credit notes.
