How do I change my password?

To change your log-in details, follow the instructions on our helpful log-in wizard. Just click ‘Can’t log in?’ in the panel at the top right of the screen.


What’s the default password?

A student’s default password will be their date of birth followed by their initials.

When does my account expire?

To find out when your subscription ends, please speak to the school’s SAM Learning coordinator or alternatively contact:  support@samlearning.com 


Does SAM Work on an iPad/tablet?

Yes! Over 95% of our activities are tablet compatible and those that aren’t yet are being converted to a tablet-friendly format.


What tablet devices does SAM Learning support?

We support the devices most commonly found in schools (Apple iPads and the Samsung Galaxy tablets). However, any tablets with a browser that supports HTML5 will work, even if we don’t officially support them!


How do I send my student data?

Is it best to use the leaderboard or usage hours for competitions?

We like to think the leaderboard offers competitions more consistency and is a well-placed visual aid to help students and teachers get a clearer overall picture. However, students can chose to opt out of the leaderboard and so may miss out on competitions.


Do you do A Level?

The team at SAM Learning do not produce A-Level materials. However, with Share, teachers are now able to create resources using our Activity Builder and then share them with everyone who subscribes to SAM Learning.
