Clearing the Cache

If you do experience error codes such as Error 1009, we would recommend clearing your cache and all SAM Learning-related Cookies.

Clearing Cookies in Internet Explorer

1. Go to Tools > Internet Options.
2. Under the General Tab, select the Delete button under Delete Browsing
History.
3. Under Temporary Internet Files select Delete Files.
4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 under Cookies in the General Tab. Select Delete
Cookies.

Clearing Cookies in Mozilla Firefox

1. Go to Tools > Options.
2. Click Privacy.
3. Click History tab and then click Clear Browsing History Now.
4. Click Cookies tab and then click Clear Cookies Now.
5. Click Cache tab and then click Clear Cache Now.
6. Click OK to close the Options window.
