SAM Learning has been great for our students at Abbey Manor College. We’ve found it easy to access with a multitude of subjects to choose from. Teachers are able to set work but independent study is encouraged via the opportunity for students to choose topics and set their own pace.

We appreciate the ease with which we are able to monitor progress and attainment and disseminate individual, class and key stage data to relevant staff members across the school.

SAM Learning has effectively assisted us to support students working 1:1 and to supplement lessons via homework and revision. Most students are initially drawn to SAM Learning because they get to use the laptop/computer, however, it is not long before they are drawn to the variety of options for learning and the opportunity to choose within the framework of a topic.

We have not yet fully extended the opportunities afforded via SAM Learning for downloading video vignettes or recorded lessons, just as a small example. SAM Learning gives scope for expanding usage so we have never felt close to exhausting applications. It has been particularly useful during the Covid-19 crisis as a staple online learning resource.

We have always received speedy, effective and personalised responses from Customer Service with an assigned consultant at the end of the phone when we need to talk through an issue. The information on the website is also very good and includes. For example, posters and template letters for students and parents introducing them to SAM Learning.

I would definitely recommend SAM Learning to other schools! They will benefit whether they use the program for small distinct groups or across the school.
